  • Custom-made and personalised jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Refunds will only be issued once the item has been inspected and confirmed to be faulty.

 

7. Warranty and Repairs

We offer a 12-month warranty on our jewellery against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, tampering, or improper use of the jewellery.
  • If a defect is found within the first six months of delivery, it is presumed to have been present at the time of purchase, and we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
  • After six months, the customer may need to provide evidence that the defect existed at the time of delivery.

If the warranty period has expired or the damage is not covered, we offer a paid repair service.

This warranty does not affect the consumer’s rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may provide additional protection for up to six years (five in Scotland) for faulty products.
